Hi Everyone,

Today's workout is proof that you don't need equipment to get in shape.  With only 4 bodyweight exercises, you'll feel every muscle in your body working.  The goal today is to complete 3 rounds (or whatever goal you set for yourself) as fast as possible so make sure to keep track of your time. It's important that you keep proper form at all times so if you're tired, either modify the exercise or take a quick break.  Beginner variations are included at the end of the video.  Please post your workout time... it will be fun to compare results.  I hope you enjoy the workout and I look forward to hearing from you soon.  Workout details are below:...

Hi Everyone,

Today was one of those days where I was racing against the clock but I'm proud to say that I still managed to get in a quick workout. Unless you make exercise and healthy eating a priority, it's easy to push your workouts aside and tell yourself that you'll do it tomorrow.  For most however, tomorrow can easily turn into a week or more.  If this sounds familiar, then it's time that you make time for your health.  When you do, you'll feel a great sense of pride and accomplishment.  Have fun with today's workout. It's only 12 minutes long but will surely get your heart racing and muscles working! Workout details are below:

Hi Everyone,

Pregnancy is a beautiful and special time in a woman's life but I know all too well about the aches and pains that come with it. Thankfully, exercising throughout each of my pregnancies helped me tremendously. It made my labor and deliveries easier and I  was able to bounce back quickly afterwards.  The most important thing is to listen to your body and not push yourself to the point of exhaustion.  Exercising should be fun and re-energizing. Today's workout will hopefully help you achieve just that.  Please check with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you to perform these exercises and then enjoy! Even if you're not pregnant, this workout can be a great ...

Hi Everyone,

Many people ask me how I come up with my workouts.  First, I listen to my body and hear what it's telling me.  If I'm fully energized and not feeling any muscle soreness, then I'll aim for a really intense full body workout.  If however I'm not 100%, I will modify the workout accordingly.  The same should apply to you as well.  Browse through my workouts and choose the one you feel best suits your needs.  Today I felt like doing something a little different so I'm using two chairs and a broom to target different muscles.  It's fun, it's original, and will give your entire body a great challenge in only 12 minutes**. Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I've posted an interval workout, so today's routine is just that.  It's 16 minutes long and focuses on the core and cardio.  There are 4 different core exercises combined with 4 different jump rope exercises to really get you sweating.  If you don't have a jump rope or the skills to perform the exercises, just mimic the arm motion with your hands.  As for the Gymboss Interval Timer , if you don't yet have one, consider purchasing one.  It's a small investment but is a must for any home gym.  Plus it'll make your life so much easier instead of having to monitor your time...

Hi Everyone,

I gave my body a few days of rest so today I have a new workout to ease myself back into training.  The exercises are unconventinal but that's what makes it different and fun.  It will definitely challenge every muscle in your body and works many aspects of fitness training; power, balance, strength, cardio, and core stabilization.  Have fun with it and push yourself as hard as you can as the workout is only 10 minutes long.  It goes by fast so make the most of it.  Beginner variations and explanations on how to do each exercise is included towards the end of the video.  Give it a try and leave me a comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Workout details are ...

Hi Everyone,

I feel like I'm coming down with a cold, so I'm just going to stretch today.  It's very important that we listen to our bodies and give it the rest it needs.  Recuperation is just as important as physical exercise.  Working out intensely every day will quickly lead to burnout and possible injuries.  You'll get much better results if you allow time for your body to recuperate.  This could mean varying your weekly routine by doing 3 to 4 intense workouts interspersed with less intense routines or working out intensely every second day depending on your fitness goals.  The key is to listen to your body; push yourself when you're full of energy and slow down when ...

Hi Everyone,

Getting a good night sleep is a rare event when you have very young children and last night I experienced one of those rare and cherished nights.  I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and ready to run a marathon so I felt I should push myself a little harder with my workout today.  The goal is to complete the workout in the shortest time possible.  Always make sure that proper form is kept and always listen to your body.  If you are tired, modify the exercise or take a break.  If you can't complete the entire set, don't get discouraged.  Just keep track of what you did complete and next time try to beat your score.  Beginner variations...

Hi Everyone,

Today's workout was inspired by my trip this weekend. I had very limited space to exercise and I didn't have any equipment - not even my interval timer.  In only 10 short minutes, you'll feel every muscle in your body working including your heart.  There shouldn't be any excuses with this type of workout.  It's honest and to the point.  Beginners can also find the modified version of this workout towards the end of the video.  Give it your best and enjoy!  The workout details are below:

Workout Details:
Keep track of your time on a clock, interval timer or stop watch if you have one.  Perform the following 4 ...
