Hi Everyone,

Today's workout is not to be missed. It works your core, strengthens muscles all over, and includes cardio. Best of all, it only takes 10 minutes to do and can even be reduced to 5 minutes for beginners or for those that don't have time. Give it a try!

Here's how it works:

There are 6 exercises that work various parts of the body to give you a full-body workout. Perform these exercises one after the other until the time runs out. Rest as needed and keep a record of how many rounds you completed. The next time you try this workout, try to beat your score. Here are the exercise details:

1. Squats x 5 reps
2. Pike Press Jumps x 5 reps
3. Mountain ......

 Hi Everyone,

Here's another 8-minute full body interval workout and once again, no equipment is needed. I show exercise regressions for beginners so anyone can do this. The goal is to perform each exercise in intervals of 10 seconds of rest and 30 seconds of work for 6 rounds. So each exercise will take you 4 minutes to do.

My legs were burning in the first exercise, but I pushed through it. If you can't get through all 6 rounds, that's ok. Just do as many as you can and note your score in your workout log. The next time you try the workout again, try to beat your score.

Here are the details:

1. Jump Lunges to Mountain Climbers (6 rounds, 10secs rest, 30 secs work)

Hi Everyone,

Please take a look at my very first workout video. You don't need any equipment and it only takes 8 minutes to do! Give it a try and let me know how you did.

Here's how it works:

There are 2 exercises. Set your interval timer to 6 rounds and 2 intervals: 10 seconds of rest and 30 seconds of maximum effort. If you don't have an interval timer, just use a watch with a second hand. Perform the first exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. Keep repeating the intervals for a total of 4 minutes. Reset the timer and perform the 2nd exercise in the same manner.

Exercises:
1. Lying Press-Ups: 6 rounds; 10 secs off/30 ...
