Here's how it works:
There are 6 exercises that work various parts of the body to give you a full-body workout. Perform these exercises one after the other until the time runs out. Rest as needed and keep a record of how many rounds you completed. The next time you try this workout, try to beat your score. Here are the exercise details:
1. Squats x 5 reps
2. Pike Press Jumps x 5 reps
3. Mountain Climbers x 5 reps
4. Back Rows x 5 reps (alternate arms)
5. Superwoman/man x 5 reps
