Hello hello!

Have I got a fun workout for you today! This workout left me in such a good mood that if you're feeling down or low on energy, you must give it a try.  All it takes is 15 minutes and if you still can't fit that in, then just do 1 round of the exercises which should only take 5 minutes.  Now who can't find the time to fit in 5 minutes?  Your health is worth it.  You are worth it.  Make yourself a priority and give yourself the attention that you deserve.  I must warn you however... get ready to sweat! As always, beginner variations are included in the video.

Hi Everyone,

I love all kinds of sports - one of which is martial arts. So today's workout is karate-inspired.  But don't worry if you don't have prior experience.  In my video, I demonstrate the advanced and beginner versions of this workout and the moves are pretty simple. The most important thing is that you try your best!  The workout is only 16 minutes long but will surely get your heart pumping, muscles working, and give you a good sweat.  Please leave me your comments and I hope you enjoy the workout as much as I did.

Hi Everyone,

The beauty of today's workout is that you can adjust it to suit your fitness level and schedule.  I only had 15 minutes to spare before having to shower and pick-up my kids from nursery school so I made sure to get this in before anything else got in the way.  It has a nice flow to it and works all of the major muscle groups (including the heart) throughout the different levels.  If you're a beginner, reduce the time to whatever is comfortable for you and modify the exercises.  Remember that every little bit of effort counts on the long run. Consistency is the key!  As always, I show both advanced and beginner versions of this workout for your use. ...

Hi Everyone,

You're going to love this workout as you feel every muscle in your body working. The best part as always is that it only takes 16 minutes to complete. The first exercise absolutely killed my legs and got my heart racing but I pushed through.  Don't get discouraged if you can't complete all six rounds.  Just do your best and try to beat your score the next time. That's how you'll know that you're improving. Remember that proper form is very important so if you are tired, modify the exercise to make it a little easier. Beginner variations and exercise descriptions are included as well.

Hi Everyone,

It's so easy for life to get in the way of our healthy habits. I struggled to workout regularly this summer because of jet lag, lack of sleep, and alot of family functions and celebrations. But that's life. There will always be vacations, time off, sick days, celebrations, and so on. What's important is to always make the best out of the worst situation and get back on track as soon as you can. All it takes is a few workouts to ease you back in and get the ball rolling again. So, here's a great workout for those who need a push in the right direction.

Workout Details:
Set your interval timer to 6 rounds, 10 seconds of rest followed by 30 seconds of work for each exercise. There are 4 ...
