Hi Guys,

I have an amazing full body workout for you today.  I love countdown workouts because you can set the time to suit your schedule and fitness level.  If you only have 10 minutes to spare, you'll still get a great workout.  I recommend doing as many rounds as you can in 12 minutes.  The exercises focus on large muscle groups for the lower and upper body as well as cardio. As always, the beginner version is included and the entire workout details are below:

WORKOUT DETAILS:

Keep track of your time on a clock, Gymboss Interval Timer or stop watch if you have one.  Perform the following 5 exercises one after the other until 12 ...

Hi Everyone,

The biggest hurdle most people face today is not having enough time to exercise.  Well today I am faced with a time crunch so I needed my workout to be quick and effective.  How do 8-minutes sound?  Surely, anyone can find 8 minutes if they wanted to.  But let me tell you... you're really going to work hard in those 8-minutes!  The workout focuses on large muscle groups for the lower and upper body as well as cardio.  I also designed it in a way that you're working both your left and right sides since we all have one side stronger than the other that needs more work.  As always, I've included a beginner version and the entire workout details are below:

Hi Everyone,

I have to admit, today's workout killed me! It's normal for our energy levels to go through cycles of high's and low's so it's important that you always listen to your body and push to your limits.  Today's workout is an amazing overall workout.  It works your legs, arms, and core to the max, and it has a few dynamic moves to help increase power and strength... and not to mention, really really get your heart racing!  If you're a beginner, I don't want to scare you off.  I have included easier modifications so please give it a try.  The goal is to complete 5 sets of all 4 exercises and you'll find all...

Set your Gymboss Interval Timer to 6 rounds and two intervals: 10 seconds of rest followed by 30 seconds of work. The workout is split up...

Hi Everyone,

It's amazing how well you feel when you get a good night sleep.  So when you're full of energy, give yourself a hard workout, which is exactly what today's routine is all about.  It's a high intensity interval workout that targets the full body and maximizes calorie burn.  There are 4 different exercises and it should take you 16 minutes to complete. If the exercises are too difficult, then try the beginner modifications or try one of my easier Basic Beginner workouts. Give it a try and let me know how you did. The complete workout details are below:
