Hi Guys,

For those of you living in the UAE, you know all about the sand storm that took place yesterday. It was unbelievable!  It looked just like a winter snow blizzard but with sand.  Anyway, back to today's workout.  It's a really simple routine but don't let the looks fool you.  It's much harder than it seems.  My heart was racing and my legs are a little sore today but I love that feeling.  If you're a beginner, don't be scared off.  The beginner variations that I show make it much easier to do.

There are 2 different exercises and the workout will only take you 15 minutes to finish.  Depending on your fitness level ...

Hi Guys,

I wanted to balance out the workouts this week so today's 15-minute routine will primarily focus on the muscles of the upper body and core.  I am using my medicine ball and resistance band but these can easily be substituted with things that you can find at home like cans of beans, water bottles, or even jugs of milk.  I show these variations towards the end of my video.  There are 5 different exercises in the circuit and the goal is to complete 5 sets.  You'll also need your interval timer or a clock to keep track of your intervals and of course, a bottle of water.

Remember to always include a warm-up and stretches afterwards. A warm-up can be as ...

Hi Everyone,

I tested this workout yesterday and I woke up this morning with a little soreness in my bum so it definitely works!  I love it when I target my glutes and feel sore the next day because let's face it, who doesn't want a great looking behind?  Squats and lunges are the all-time best exercises to give you that "Brazilian Butt" look so I've included those in addition to two other effective thigh and bum exercises.  The best part once again is the fact that you don't need any equipment and the workout is only 12 minutes short.  As always, I've included a beginner version and the entire workout sequence and ...

Hi Guys,

Today's routine will surely get your heart pumping and abs aching in only 12 minutes.  The best part is that you can do this workout anywhere and I've showed easier modifications so even beginners can follow along.  The workout is an interval workout meaning you'll perform each exercise for a set amount of time and you will alternate between a cardio and a core exercise.  Your goal is to complete 2 sets of all of these exercises.   All you're going to need is your interval timer, a mat, towel, or carpeted floor and of course, a big bottle of water.

Remember to always include a warm-up and stretches afterwards.  A warm-up ...

Hi Everyone,

Today's an awesome full body workout that will get your heart racing and body burning in under 15 minutes.  I specifically chose large muscle group exercises to burn more calories and get more for your buck!  There are 3 different exercises in the circuit and the goal is to complete 4 or 5 sets.  All you're going to need is your interval timer and a bottle of water.

Remember to always include a warm-up and stretches afterwards.  A warm-up can be as simple as running on the spot for a few minutes or running up and down the stairs if you have any.  My favorite warm-up is to jump rope for about 3 minutes.  The point of the ...

Hi Everyone,

I absolutely LOVED today's workout.  I think it's because I worked up a good sweat and felt every muscle in my body working.  And the best part is that it only took me 12 minutes!!  For this workout, you will need your interval timer, a jump rope, dumbbells, and a sturdy chair or bench, but don't worry if you don't have any equipment.  It's stil possible for you to do this workout at home using your own bodyweight.  Just find a sturdy chair or even a low coffee table and you're good to go.  I hope you enjoy today's workout as much as I did and please let me know how you did.  As always, I've included a beginner version and ...

Hi Guys,

What a night I had last night.  I'm sure every parent out there knows the feeling of interrupted sleep from 3am onwards.  It's such an exhausting feeling but instead of sleeping in and wasting the morning away, get up and start your day... even though you may look and feel like a zombie!  Tell yourself that you will take a quick cat nap in the afternoon if you have the luxury of doing so or make sure that you get to bed earlier than usual.  Today's 12-minute full body workout will boost your energy and make sure you sleep like a baby... until your baby wakes you up that is. :)  If the exercises are too difficult, then try the beginner modifications or try one of ...

Hi Everyone,

Today is an upper body workout and all of the exercises will be done with your own bodyweight.  All you're going to need is a mat and your interval timer.  The goal is to complete 5 sets of all 5 exercises and it should take you no more than 20 minutes from start to finish, including a warm-up and stretches afterwards.

Many of you have been asking me how to warm-up.  It can be as simple as running on the spot for a few minutes or running up and down the stairs if you have any.  My favorite warm-up is to jump rope for about 3 minutes.  The point of the warm-up is exactly that - to make the muscles warm and supple and ready for ...
