I'm just loving the Free-B EASY workouts. So far both Sandras (funny how that happened) have been amazing sports and as you'll see in the video, not only is she working up a good sweat but we're having loads of fun too. Beware - Sandra has a very infectious laugh! :)
So today's workout is a simple 20-minute routine with 5 bodyweight exercises. Always remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards.
So I'm not going to sugar coat the intensity of this workout - it's brutal! This is definitely not a beginner workout, but I do show beginner modifications if you do feel up to the challenge. If it is too difficult however, then you'll love my Thursday Free-B EASY workout.
So today's workout has 4 different bodyweight exercises and will take you 16 minutes to complete. Always remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards, and remember... Be Positive!

For today's workout I decided to re-shoot one of my very first workouts since I'm now using a follow-along format. It's a short 16-minute circuit interval workout that works your full body and gets you sweating in no time. I hope you're enjoying my "follow-along" format and finding it more motivating to exercise on your own. Today's routine is another full body circuit-interval workout that is only 12 minutes long.
