Today's workout will be the last workout I shoot for a month as I am leaving on vacation with my family on Friday. I really can't wait to unwind and enjoy quality time with my kids and husband, but as you know, preparing for a vacation with 4 kids has its own set of stressors. This is why Free-B #11 is only 10 minutes short! Don't underestimate the intensity of the workout however... it may only be 10 minutes, but you'll be sweating buckets by the end of the workout and feeling every muscle in your body.
As I mention in my video, if you're also planning a vacation, make that time quality time for yourself and your health. The number one reason ...

I have to tell you, Free-B #10 left me in a pile of sweat! It was a tough workout, but was very doable. The goal is to complete 3 rounds as fast as you can, but remember that proper form is more important than your finish time. Take as many breaks as needed to make sure that your form is correct. This was a great workout! It took me 13 minutes and 51 seconds to finish. Push hard and do your best... I know you can do it!
I'd love to hear how you did as well so please leave me a comment here or on Facebook. :)
As always, ...

I just wanted to go up to them and help by offering tips and advice, but how do you do that without offending them? This is why I love the fact that I have my site as an outlet to help everyone - even those who are severely overweight. Obesity is not a "lazy" disease - it is a complex disease with many factors including ...

Here is a challenge for you - Free-B #9. I did all 5 rounds but boy was it ever tough to finish! I can easily tell if a workout is good or not by the rate of my hunger throughout the day. I was famished all day after this workout as my metabolism was revving! Talk about the ultimate after-burn effect! I'd love to hear how you did as well so please leave me a comment here or on Facebook. :)
There are 4 different exercises but the challenge is the length of each interval. Every exercise will be performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Repeat the entire circuit 5 times through. Try your best and push as hard as you can. ...
