Hi guys,

My hands are shaking as I'm typing this post.  Not from fear, but from the adrenaline that is still flowing through my body.

Today I attempted a new move at gymnastics; a move that I've never done before - not even as a kid.

So why am I sharing this with you?  Well, I guess part of the reason is that child-like urge to show off our achievements to our friends and family.  But more importantly, I'm sharing this with you to prove that we can do anything we set our mind on.

I understand that fear is there to protect us from harm but in many instances, our fears only hold us back.

We fear failure, we&...

Hi guys,

If you don't already know, I used to be a competitive gymnast as a child but an unfortunate injury forced me to stop at the age of sixteen.  I wasn't ready to say good bye to the sport entirely so I became a certified gymnastics coach and fed my desire to be in that environment a little while longer.  I guess you can say that's really where my love for coaching really began.

I still love gymnastics - discipline, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, stamina, speed, agility - it covers it all.   And as you can imagine, I was thrilled and over the moon when I discovered that the club where I send my kids to ...

What did Dr. Hamden say that made me do 'this' during the interview?

Watch the video below!

Hi guys,

I recently posted a comment on Facebook that got alot of attention.  It was regarding children NOT allowed having sweets or soda at home and whether or not that would cause them to rebel and want it even more.  The responses were mixed and ranged from "everything in moderation" to having a strict "no junk allowed" rule at home. See the comments for yourself:  http://on.fb.me/17ZYhRO

So I decided to contact Dr. Raymond Hamden, a brilliant clinical and forensic psychologist from the Human Relations Institute in Dubai, to get his professional opinion on this matter.  ...

Hi guys,

So today when I was setting up my camera to shoot Free-B #5, my youngest daughter Bella had me laughing hysterically when she stood in front of the camera and did a burpee all on her own!!! It was sooo cute, I just had to share it with all of you.

Who says 19 months is too young to exercise? She is proof that exercise has no age limits!!!

I hope this video puts a smile on your face as much as it does on mine.

Enjoy and be positive!

B.

Hi guys,

I'm excited to be sharing a new blog section on my site called "B's Life".  I've wanted to share some personal stories with you but I wasn't quite sure how to tie my professional business with my personal life.  B's Life does just that.  This is my space to be "me" and to share my experiences through the different roles that I play each and every day.  I hope that my experiences as a mom of four, an entrepreneur-in-the-making, a wife, and a chauffeur by afternoon (if you have kids with activities then you know exactly what I'm talking about!) can help you out or at least help brighten up your day.

If you've been&...
